My therapeutic approach stems from my philosophy on healing and growth; it comes about through relationships and our connection with others. I believe we all desire a sense of belonging and thrive within community.
My role as your therapist is to join you on your journey and provide a safe space where you feel comfortable to explore your inner world, and the world around you.
I primarily work from a relational-cultural approach with bits of art, mindfulness, and feminist therapy. This means I place a lot of importance on our relationship and how I show up for you and with you. I believe in the transformative practice of being myself in session and building our relationship by working from a collaborative standpoint.
It may take time to find a therapist you feel connected with. I would feel privileged to help you meet your goals while honoring your experience thus far. I am looking forward to meeting you, and getting to know your story. I aim to co-create a space where you will feel understood, supported, and challenged in a safe and empowering way.
